How long does it take to ship my order?

Non Customized Products

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for disptach. Online Paid order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working day.

Customized Products 

The making process for customized products is 4-5 working days and are mostly delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

I have received my tracking number but the tracking information is not moving/getting updated since 2 or more days. What should I do?

If your package has not been shipped, you can Contact us your updated shipping address so we can update it in our system

How to make sure my package gets delivered on time?

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and is correct.

Use correct abbreviations and have spaced entered properly. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit card, credit card, net banking, and UPI.

We additionally offer support for Paytm and other wallets.

We also offer Cash On Delivery on Non-Customized Products

Which currency will I be charged in?

All charges on The Giftery Dock are processed in Canadian Dollars(CAD) or US Dollars (USD) based on your region.

My payment got deducted from my bank account/wallet but my order didn’t get confirmed. What should I do?

This usually happens when we are not able to capture your payment, in such cases your money will get reversed to your account with 2-3 working days.

How do I return an item?

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as customized products we only exchange them if you received a damaged product.
